While the Louis de Grenelle family winery draws from XXIst century values of consistent production and dynamic commercial marketing, traditional values still apply in creating authentic vintage.
With that constant guiding force, the Cellar Master assembles with great care and subtlety three noble types of vines : Chenin, Chardonnay and Cabernet Franc. In this way the products have been nurtured for one and a half centuries in the silence and darkness of the tuffeau (limestone) caves.

The “blooming” and maturing of each wine are followed with scrupulous care with interim tasting and analysis; the modern legal rules of production (ISO 9001 & HACCP), being strictly adhered to.
